Zonar LMS Application – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Zonar LMS, a project tracking application designed to help users manage their project tasks, track progress, and provide updates. Before you begin using the Zonar LMS application, please carefully read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. By accessing or using the application, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the application.

1. Account Registration:

1.1 Account registration for Zonar LMS is integrated with the Zonar ERP panel. Once your account is registered in the Zonar ERP system, you can access the application using the same credentials.

2. Usage and Responsibilities:

2.1 Zonar LMS allows users to view their attendance, payroll and Leave. You agree to use the application for lawful purposes only.

2.2 You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide in the application.

2.3 You understand that Zonar LMS is integrated with Zonar’s LMS Module. Any actions taken in Zonar LMS may affect data in the ERP system. Use caution and ensure accurate updates.

3. Demo Credentials:

3.1 The provided demo credentials

4. Privacy:

4.1 Zonar LMS collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the application, you consent to the data practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property:

5.1 The Zonar LMS application, including its design, features, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the application without explicit authorization.

6. Limitations of Liability:

6.1 Zonar LMS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the application.

7. Modification and Termination:

7.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Zonar LMS application or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice of significant changes will be provided.

8. Governing Law:
